On Monday, July 30th, we’re partnering with Hinterland Beer from Green Bay for a 4-course beer dinner, with 100% of proceeds donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.
1st Course - Brown sugar bacon-wrapped figs with Wisconsin goat cheese, Luna Coffee Stout. 2nd Course - House-made Italian sausage slider and pesto fries, Hinterland Amber Ale. 3rd Course - Cherry relish slider and Wisconsin cheddar fries, Door County Cherry Wheat. Dessert - Deconstructed lemon meringue pie, Hinterland IPA.
