On Monday, July 30th, we’re partnering with Hinterland Beer from Green Bay for a 4-course beer dinner, with 100% of proceeds donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.
1st Course - Brown sugar bacon-wrapped figs with Wisconsin goat cheese, Luna Coffee Stout. 2nd Course - House-made Italian sausage slider and pesto fries, Hinterland Amber Ale. 3rd Course - Cherry relish slider and Wisconsin cheddar fries, Door County Cherry Wheat. Dessert - Deconstructed lemon meringue pie, Hinterland IPA.

Allagash Victor – one of our favorite beers of the summer – is now on the rotating draft line at DMK Lakeview. The brewers added over 100 lbs. of cabernet franc grapes to the mash of this delicious Belgian-style Strong Ale. Combine that with the use of wine yeast for fermentation and you have a fruit-forward, 9% ABV beer with a dry finish of a fine red. Also a great beer to pair with food; I would recommend the #6. A portion of proceeds from every bottle sold is donated to the St. Lawrence Arts Center in Allagash’s hometown of Portland, Maine. Drink up!
A home game at Wrigley today brings with it a special burger at DMK.
